The twins had a mind of their own and decided to come a little early.
Wyatt Jacob and Ava Grace were born June 30, 2010 at 34 weeks 1 day gestation.
They are currently in the NICU, but both are doing really well. Wyatt just needs to eat well for 48 hours and then he'll come home. Ava is slowly being weaned off her oxygen assistance (she's on high-flow now) and should be as healthy as her brother in the next day or two.
I'll post pictures and the whole story as soon as I am well enough to sit at the computer.

My main goal of this blog is to serve as my journal throughout this twin pregnancy (and beyond). I also want curious friends and family members to be able to follow us along on our journey. After all, it's not every day that you have twins!

Because being pregnant with twins is nothing like being pregnant with just one! It's a whole other world!

About Me
I am a mother of two beautiful children and now find myself pregnant with twins.
Our first child, Parker, was stillborn at 39 weeks. It was a rough time for us, but we find strength in our beliefs of a loving Heavenly Father.
Two years later we were blessed with a healthy daughter, Hayley. She is three years old and is the light of our lives.
